Depends on the wind ! In a head wind about 900 yards per minute
with a tail wind about 2000 yards per minute 3.5-4 hours
At the moment Id kiss goodbye horizontal rain and gale force head wind

About 3.5 hours on a coach... But seriously - the average speed for a racing pigeon lays between 30mph with bursts up to 60mph so I would say 3 to 4 hours maximum.

I don't know. However if a crow had same stamina as a pidgeon... I think the crow would arrive at bodmin sooner.. as apparently crows fly in much straighter lines from A to B than any other bird.

Also I read that the Crow is the most intelligent of all birds.
