My father is 6'5, my second oldest brother (27) is also 6'5. My oldest brother (30) is about 5'10..but that's an estimate because I don't know for sure. All I know is that I am taller than him but not drastically taller like my father and my second oldest brother is to me.

I'm 19 years old, weight about 177 and i'm about 5'11..well I thought I was until I made a homemade height chart using a wooden 1 foot ruler, a sharpie marker and my kitchen wall. I'm pretty sure this isn't an accurate method but I really really want to be at least 6'0.

According to the little six dash marks on the wall i'm about 5'10 1/2 but I think im just going to see the doctor and find out for sure. I've been told the way you excercise, eat and sleep can help so as a New Year's resolution i'm going to try to stop eating at fast food restaraunts, eat nothing but wheat bread, eat more veggies and salads and dedicate myself to the gym more.

How tall you will grow is not up to you, it is determined by heredity.

The power of concsiousness is an INCREDIBLY powerful tool.

Learn to meditate, and visualize yourself at the height you want to be.

I have a copy of two legal documents from the U.S. governement.

The first one my FCC license when I was 22 years old, and my drivers license that shown that I am 8 inches taller in my 50s than I was when I was 22 years old.

Every person has two minds. The conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. If you can via meditation convince your internal image of being 6'2" or 6'5" is real instead of the actual 5'11"; your dubconscious mind will assist in manifesting the internal image as the real one in the outside world.
