I will answer your question in a moment but I want to point out that the bastardized language you are using is more appropriate for texting on cell phone. If you use the correct communication skills in the correct setting, people will have more respect for you.
Your question: The best answer I ever heard was in a movie. A man said to a woman passing by "I would love to get into your panties." Without missing a beat, the woman said, "Thanks, but I already have one a****** in there." Teeheehee.

one of my favorite, and it can be modified to fit the situation, but best when the topic is already about the persons girlfriend. it would go something like this:
" Oh, ya. I saw (name) the other day, she's not that bad once you get up past the used part."
again, it needs to be modified to fit the situation, but i think you get the idea.

I would not be rattled. I* would smile calmly and say sotto voce:
"I will not dignify your question with an answer."
or "I will not dignify your comment with a reaction."
If he or she is learned enough, that comment alone would show people what a pain in the neck she or he really is
