I have experienced all the same things you are talking about. It's perfectly normal for us to feel all those things you described when you come from a family where addiction and instability exist. It's like all these negative thoughts would just keep running through my head. I tried in so many ways to stop hurting. I always ended up with boyfriends who treated me bad. I kept making horrible choices and seemed to just keep hurting myself more. I finally got so desperate, I had to reach out and ask for help, like you are doing now. That is a really good sign that you are willing to open up and ask for some suggestions. I want you to know that you can change your thinking and your life and you can learn to love yourself. I don't know your age or if you can drive, but - I started out by just going to a half price book store and looking at books in the "self-help" section. I hated to read, but it was pretty interesting to find out I was not alone and that half the population was feeling like I did. So many people just fake it or try to cover up negative feelings and develop addictions. I was eventually diagnosed with clinical depression, which I take medication for now. I also found that talking to a counselor helped. I don't know if these are the answers for you, but I do know that life is really hard, and we're all dealt our share of pain at one time or another. I found the most comfort in going to a support group. I was able to be with people who understood what I was going through and offer empathy, compassion, and suggestions. Al-anon is a good group for people who have a loved one with an addiction. There are a lot of 12-step groups that could provide support and it doesn't cost anything. They told me to keep showing up and give it a chance. They promised to refund my misery if I didn't like the program. It literally saved my life. You can't change the people around you, but you can learn to change your feelings, thoughts, and actions. I wish you well on your journey.

maybe you did not find yourself yet and that's what makes you confused all the times...thing of what you like to be in life! and set small goals..by achieving these small goals you will Start feeling better for yourself. learn to stand up and show how good you are in what you chose to do..why don't you start with martial arts? any of them will make you feel more confident!? and strong or just learn something which no one around you do not know ..that will also keep you more knowledgeable when the time come. and don't worry about your family we are all alone at the end of the day on the earth don't make them ruin your life as they did with your..show them what they are suppose to be!

I find myself constantly feeling very much the same way!! I am not really sure what to do. I guess asking for help is the first step. Good luck on your journey.
