You will get shot down and crash and burn. You are exhibiting psychotic behavior. Normal people propose after they get to know someone and develope an intimate relationship and has had sex numerous times and have gone through many life experiences together. You haven't done any of these things. Don't be psycho. Get to know her. Have her get to know you. She will not marry someone she does not know. Period. Would you?

It seems silly that you wana propose to someone you don't know. But what the hell, you like her, isn't it?
Go ahead. EXPRESS your feelings. No point in hiding them inside. Who knows she is the one and this is a starting point. Even if she rejects, she will feel little proud that someone proposed to her.
But be careful: propose to her in most decent way, be serious in doing that, be prepared for a rejection and if explained properly be graceful in accepting a NO.
