If your waistline is only 29, you probably are not overweight. Decreasing your waist by 4 inches is not something that will be easy or may not even be possible for you. The only way to lose inches is by weight loss, and 4 inches is alot, or of course plastic surgery, which can be dangerous. Be proud of what God gave you, be fit, be fun, and be happy!
