im 20 and i like this guy. hes 19. we ve been hanging out as friends for the last 6 months, every evening.... if i didnt know better i think we are dating. i think he looks upto me as his senior in college. we joke around about our sad social lives that we need to hang out with each etc
i really really like him but i have no idea how to go about this whole thing. cuz i really enjoy his company and i dont wanna lose it.

Well---communicate---are you afraid to ask him---talk about it. That 's not so hard. But be prepared if the answer is not what you expect. People hang out with others all the time---doesn't mean that there's a spark---but try---get your thoughts together and ask.Maybe you need to spice up your social life if he's more interested in school at this time. Nothing says you have to have him---if he says no, just be a friend and move on.

Take things slow let him make the first move cause you don't want to scare the guy off so give it some time and see what he does look for flirting and then ask if he wants more than friendship but don't be pushy ,good luck.

Maybe you can initiate a converstation, you know in a casual sort of way about crushes and then you can tell him that you have sort of a crush on him...maybe then he'll tell you what he feels about you and you can also see his reaction...
I don't know if its a good idea but worked for me when I was in a similar situation. The key is just act casual. Even if he says he doesnt like you don't get disheartened ok sweety. :)

say "So I understsand that it is becoming common place for friends like us to share "benefits", do you see yourself being in a relationship like that with me?" Once he knows you are interested, his self esteem will skyrocket. Right now, he loves you but is intimidated. Give him the chance to show you.
