Honestly, I wouldn't bother if the guy isn't attractive, but this guy is. And I have to know is he being a little mean to me (jokingly) and seems kinda scared to talk to me mean that he likes me? I mean he doesn't have any real reason to be mean or not like me. Is it even possible for a guy of 21 to still be this immature?

Ok, well I guess I know that he is immature, but what I want to know is if that means he likes me.

Well, sometimes if I like a girl and feel she is 'out of my league' I might say playful things to try and 'knock her down' to my level. Its fairly common but a lot of men don't realise they're doing it.
He is probably intimidated by you and is using this technique to make his own status seem higher and yours a little lower, in the hope that you might be attracted to him as a result (even though he isn't even aware of what he's doing)
It might seem weird, giving that he may seem to be putting you down a lot. But it sounds to me like he likes you... trust me I'm a guy.. :)

well if hes really that immature i wouldnt wanna bother with him. a 21 year old should be able to tell a girl if he likes her. geez
see how he acts around other people. he probably likes you. i mean thats how the immature boys in grade school would act when they liked a girl lol so yeah. you should ask him what his problem is.

Hell no .. they do everything for them.. yes something they wont talk a lot thinking they might offend the girl .. and yes it is normal for a 21 year old to be immature

yup we act that way with girls we like actually
he likes u for sure
just sacred and dont want to show it thats y he behaves the way he does
let him no and then see how he changes
when ever he say or make a joke just say " i no u like me so stop pretending " and look in him the eye
he will be all shy

immature guys do that. if they have any maturity at all then they would speak to you like a man instead of (jokingly) hurting your feelings.

It can be both.... It can be a defend mechanism, but it also can be that he really mean. You have to give it some time and you will find out his behavior.
