I heard fish is excellent for this.
They offer fish oil in capsules that you can take daily . It is in the vitamin isle, and they are not expensive.

Fish is very good for the brain. Fish contain oils called Omega complexes which research shows helps the brain.
A good range of vitamins and minerals are always good. You could probably pick up a bottle in a health food shop.

Different foods work in different ways. Since the only fuel for the CNS is glucose it would be assumed that sugars would fit the bill, but not. When you say work better do u mean faster? Longer? To include more abstract or complex thought patterns? Lessened fatigue?

chewing stimulates the brain. try sugar free and no aspartame as well gum. just don't hurt your jaw.
for foods, i know peanuts are brain foods, just be careful with your intake because peanuts causes pimple breakouts.
