No sweat, well at least not that we would call it.
A little bit of dampness between the toes is made nice and cool as the paws move through the air.
As for sweating via panting-nope, its a matter of cold air in and hot air out. The cool air cools everything that it contacts and draws heat from the lungs as well- therefore helping to keep the internal "core" temperature down. More air in=more heat out hence the puffing. But its hard work, so prevention is the best idea. Haircut for long haired dogs in summer, wet the fur with a bit of water, and never ever leave in a confined space such as a car or restrained where there is no shade.

Dogs have the ability to sweat, but in places that are a little different from humans. Dogs sweat through their pads and feet. Their skin and armpit areas don't contain sweat glands like ours do. Their main method of ridding themselves from heat, however, is by panting, which is a very different mechanism than what we generally use. For these reasons, we must take great care to protect our dogs from heat stroke. Dogs with compromised respiration, like bulldogs and pugs, are at a very high risk of easily overheating just because they can't pant very efficiently.

ROFL. good lord. look at all the No's/ they do actually sweat through the pads of the feet. but like said before they mainly regulate their temp by panting and choices of different surfaces to lay on. if its hot outside, they'll usually chose a cold floor and shade to cool their skin. if its cold then they'll chose a blanket or bed to hold in their body heat. the main thing to remember is, if you're dog is over heating then gently pour rubbing alcohol over the pads of their feet. it will help cool them quicker then anything else. please make sure that they don't lick it and once they get back to a stable condition you wash their feet. although, it evaporates quickly, it can leave a residue on their fur and skin and it's better to be safe then sorry :) make sure when it hits high temps, if your dog is outside it has plenty of well ventilated shelter or shade along with lots and lots of water to drink. it's best to leave your dog inside if possible.

YES.When the temprature rises, their body becomes hot and they perspire. They do not sweat from their body but,the spores in their tongue removes a part of the waste in their body,in the form of sweat. This does not affect the taste buds and they are able 2 taste properly. This is the reason the tongue of a dog uusually stays out.

They don't sweat through their skin like humans. A dog "sweat" through his tongue and they pant to get the air flow over the tongue to evaporate the moisture to cool them off.

ALL mammals sweat.
(mammal = an animal that produces milk in its body for its child)
please, dont beleive anybody who says "NO", and dont beleive anybody who say "dogs sweat with tongue". though, dogs do use tounge to cool down, but they dont sweat through tongue. It is the saliva that provides extra cooling, along with sweat of the body.
only cold blooded animals dont sweat.
