Please, if you haven't yet, get some vitamin K into your dog ASAP!!! What rat poison does is cause internal bleeding, and if he has pink diarrhea, that means he ate enough to hurt himself. The vitamin K is the only way to help him!!! Please do it quickly!

PLEASE DO NOT LET PEOPLE MAKE YOU FEEL BAD. IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE. PLEASE ASSURE ME YOU WILL SEE A VET IMMEDIATELY. There are emergency hospitals in almost every large city.
It only takes a small amount of warfarin to kill. Get him to the doctor immediately!!! It may already be to late.
Rat poison is just as tasty and just as toxic to dogs as it is to rats. Rodent poison often contains coumarin, which can lead to fatal internal bleeding. The good news: if you catch it early, coumarin poisoning usually responds well to treatment. How can you tell if your hound has swallowed rat poison? Unfortunately, you won't notice symptoms (bruises, nosebleeds, sore joints, bloody vomit, or blood in the feces) until your dog is already in trouble. So if you think your dog has eaten mouse or rat poison, don't wait for signs; see your veterinarian right away. A vet can run a blood test to check for a clotting problem and then begin treatment with vitamin K, which helps the liver replenish the body's stores of blood clotting factors. When you move into a new apartment or house, don't let your dog explore until you've checked carefully for rodent poison. Be sure to look around the radiators and the fridge: exterminators love to stash mouse and bug baits there. Get rid of roach and ant baits too. The plastic or metal containers could get stuck in a dog's stomach or intestines. And some of them contain insecticides that cause vomiting, tremors, or weakness.
Mouse and rat poison is commonly found in the house or garage. Dogs readily eat these poisons, which look like small green blocks and are very attractive to them. The poisons work by depleting stores of Vitamin K in the body, without which blood can not clot properly. Symptoms of poisoning include depression, weakness, difficulty breathing, bruising, and bleeding from any part of the body. These symptoms often take 3 to 4 days to show up. A blood test will show that the blood is not clotting properly. If the poison has only recently been ingested (within 2 to 3 hours), the dog should be given apomorphine or hydrogen peroxide to make it vomit. Activated charcoal can be given to absorb any remaining poison in the gastrointestinal tract. Then the dog is given Vitamin K supplementation for 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the type of poison. At the end of treatment, the clotting times should be tested again. The prognosis is good in these cases. However, if the dog is already showing signs of poisoning, it is too late to try and remove the poison from the body. A whole blood transfusion or plasma is given to treat the anemia and to try and control bleeding. Vitamin K is also given. The prognosis is poor in these cases.

You NEED to take him to the Vet as soon as possible. It may be 4:15am but there must be an Emergency vet hospital open 24hours near you.
Rat poison is lethal to dogs and I'm sure that 2 blocks of it would make him very, VERY sick. He could even die.
Three days ago; how could you not notice any signs!? It may be too late to do anything.

Rat poison usually has something in it that thins the bloos and makes the mouse bleed internally. I would recommend you take your dog to a vet right away so they can hopefully give him something to counteract the bleeding
