one option is to have a lot of $ex...
another is to have a *real* goal in life (e.g. making a lot of money, learning how to fence, traveling around the world...)
believe or not, when you want it *enough*, it WILL happen!
I didn't... and don't have a lot of money (I can't afford to buy a house), but I've traveled through Europe & Asia!

yoga or meditation.
try talking to urself positively. dont think negative thoughts.
ppl say negative things is because they are jealous, afraid of looking bad (wannabes of "thinking i can bully anyone so i have lots of pwr") or insecure.
so dont make ur self depressed.
you can try calling some1 and telling ur problems. or find a frd online and tell them ur problems. it's easier to talk to someone online b/c they dont know u.
surround urself with supporting ppl.
take a vacation!!!! or spa treatment or hang out with ppl u love.
relax and lose the stress. it's a key thing.

make them laugh and forget about their problems. go to www.quizilla.com and search randominity. Or tell them to write down their problems and ways to solve them.
