You go up to her and talk to her in person. If she likes you and someone else, you should go out with her, but you should date around and see other girls too. There is nothing wrong with dating several people at once.

Girls will be more interested in you if they think they can't have you. So you need to have more appeal than the other guy. Maybe you could say hi to her and see how things go from there. Don't text so much so the only way she can get through to you is by talking in person.

Well, let's see---you're shy and she won't talk---but you will text each other---did it ever occur to you that hiding in the house and texting causes some people to NOT know how to react with others???Certainly isn't hard to figure that some pasty white kid in his little room on a computer, is not going to be material for dating. Wash your hair, brush your teeth, put on nice clothes, get out and learn how to mingle with people. OOH I"m shy---get over it or you will never get date.Now do you see what's up with this

I'm in a similiar situation, I been hanging out wid dis girl she's single n she seems to like me to, I think about her every second. But my friend likes her as well, n he's like my homie. I don't really know what to do, I'm gonna ask her out n tell her straight that I love her, if it's a yes then a happy ending if not then I'll just move on

you'll never get her if you dont grow balls and talk to her. she likes you so whats the big deal? you're already in! so you dont have to fear rejection or whatever. girls like to be approached. and she sounds like she wants to be chased
