Im 19..i dont have a license..just permit..im almost 20,this probably sounds insane to most teens my age..but anyways...my parents are strict,and i still live with them and they wont let me drive..im planning on moving out soon..but whats your suggestion on how i should learn how to drive?thanks. please only serious answers.thanks again.

If you're over 18, your parents cannot stop you from driving. They might not let you drive THEIR car, but they can't stop you from going to a driving school and getting your license or getting a friend to help you out and use their car for the test.
You need to get out of there. Pronto! There are other issues at work here -- but you already know that.

your parents are strict because they care for you and they love you. well, you should learn to drive at this age so you can drive to school or go to work. just tell them that you are older enough to take a responsible but don't move out. first you need to take the written test. after that you ask your dad to teach you to drive or hire a instruction.

Search up some local driving schools. Go in and talk to them. Explain your situation. Pick the school that gives you the most warm fuzzies, ie that you are most comfortable with.

my best answer is to talk to them and have them help you get your license you don't want to get the fines for driving with out your license its not cheap!!!!!! bin there!! lol
