how long should you use a 'lufa' body/puff in the shower til you change it?

i have heard you should change it every month, or every three months? what is the healthiest?

It depends on how often you use it, and if you use it all over, and if you wash it.

If you're using it every day, all over your body, and you never sanitise it, then get a new one every month. If you use it once a week, then you could probably keep it for three months.

How to sanitise it: put it in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Microwave it (if it's not plastic... and make sure you have a fire extinguisher ready, just on case!) or put it in a weak bleach solution once a week. Two drops of bleach in a bucket of water is enough.

ok in the adventure that your piercing nevertheless has any redness around it even the smallest little bit of purple do not replace it, it continues to be therapeutic.... abdomen buttons can take as much as 18months to heal on occasion.... once you do come to a determination to alter or not it somewhat is carefull to not rush you will desire to take time sliding it in or you will desire to aggrovate it... start up your cleansing habitual with heat salty water when you have replaced it for the 1st time basically in case it flares lower back up

If your loofah jumps up when you get in the shower, says, "Hey, how's it going?" & starts to clean you all by itself.....it's probably time to change loofahs.

loofahs should be replaced every month... bacterias thrive in spongy, damp areas... it's much more safer to replace them every month than every 3 months
