Not in itself.

Howsomever, if you drink a lot it can cause some of your blood vessels to rupture and redden the skin, and the nose happens to have a lot of blood vessels that are very close to the surface.

So, while booze probably won't make your nose grow any it might help make it nice and red. You would have to be a fairly heavy drinker over a fairly long time for this to happen.

(Your first hint might be when someone asks you "Are you eating a tomato or is that your nose?")

Your better off staying away from the booze. Sex is better with a big red UNIT anyway. Girls aren't impressed by an alcoholic and a big red nose

Rosacea has nothing to do with alcohol. Red noses can be caused by an increase in blood pressure, common among those who consume large amounts of alcohol. This can lead to burst blood vessels under the nose, as well as facial redness that can contribute to the red nose/face look.

YES, they are called Gin Blossoms and are the result of broken blood vessels. I disagree that you must drink copius amounts before they appear. I have a slight allergy to alcohol and they can appear after a couple of drinks.

my father has drank alcohol for many of years... his face is always red now... not just his nose... although his nose is one to stand out for its brightness... if you drink for many of years, it will raise your blood pressure, thus leaving permanent redness to your face.
