quite the contrary, oversleeping prolongs the period of time the body is in starvation mode. if anything, wake up after 8 hours to grab a quick bite so that your metabolism doesn't slow down too much, leading to weight gain

Dogs love to sleep especially in fall and winter. Some statistics say that dogs sleep an average of 13 hrs a day.

If you sleep through meals and don't have the activity to raise your appetite, then it might.

No because thats eating up the time you are moving around and doing things that naturally burn calories. The more you move the more you stay fit and in shape. Of course if you hardly eat because you are sleeping all the time your wieght won't change.

i think weight benefit... u are unsleeping greater hours of the day, as a result giving your self greater opportunities to consume. i've got examine that the two weight benefit and lost can result from deprivation of sleep, yet this one makes greater experience to me. ;)
