OK since you have asked a hypothetical question. I will have to assume that you have meant that it was an accidental death since you didn't say Murder.
If I accidentally killed someone. I would have to turn my self in. I would of course want a lawyer. If the Police found me before I could turn myself in then I would go as peacefully as I could. I would be the most pacifist person on the planet.
Better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6 !!!!

I'd contact an attorney immediately. I would probably do that before the police found me, but I would definitely make sure I was in contact wtih an attorney before they started to question me.
Incidentally that's part of the Miranda rights they have to read you in the U.S.

oh i bet i'd find myself praying the earth wud open up n gobble me up in one piece so that i dun have to face the consequences..it depends actually....if the police is armed i sure as hell dun wanna run and get shot at but if the police is unarmed i will speed off like mad..yup..i know i wont go far but hey, why not have fun and make the lives of others a bit harder..who knows,perhaps u cud get off their radar or something..haha..

At that point, I'd already be going up the river for murder anyway, so, I'd go out in a blaze of glory, taking as many cops as I could with me. Complete hypothetical situation that it is, of course.

If you are talking about indian police, then bribe them
and get rid out of murder charge. Many indian leaders
do the same thing.
After all they (Indian Leaders) are our ideal people.

I can't imagine killing anyone, but if I did I would probably be crying, so I would ask for a tissue while holding out my hands to be handcuffed.

If I killed someone, it would have been for a very very good reason, like protecting my family and myself. I would even turn myself in, they wouldn't have to look.
