Fuji. It's flavor is richer, both spicy and sweet at the same time..

The Australian Granny Smith apple has a tart flavor which can fade quickly.

I prefer fuji apples. They're not as tart as Grannies and taste better. Also, try Gala. They're something like fuji's.
