If you have been under stress then your body is speaking to you.

I too have had the same thing when under extreme stress and the best thing to do is eliminate or get rid of whatever or who ever is causing you this tension.

It is not worth the trip around this block... and if you can't discern what is causing you the stress then get your fanny to a Dr very quickly...

No one deserves that much stress in their life.

GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS

Stress will do that to ya! Sometimes my lower eyelid will twitch when things are perfectly normal, and I'm thinking that it does that to make up for times when things are hectic, and it stays normal. It'll then loose schedule and so twitch during normal or OK times.

Sometimes eyes just get random spasms... it's embarrassing when you're trying to talk to someone and you don't really know if they can notice or not... it should stop... in like 15 minutes.
Goodluck.

You're tired. Or your contacts have left your eyes dry. I'd suggest eye drops. It may be uncomfortable at that moment but it'll improve.

Stress can cause involuntary muscle actions. You can try applying modest heat and then modest cold. It's not guaranteed, but it might help.
