I'm 5'3, 127 lbs, and I want to lose as much weight as possible.

dont eat junk, canned, oily, frozen foods
homecooked, veggies, and fruits are the best things to eat
exercise, sit ups, pushups, squats, to keep you toned
dont eat after 6

you don't say what your body frame is, and you also don't say whether you do sports or not.

if i were you i would check my body composition and then decide what to do depending on how much fat you have (or have not).

don't become skinnier and don't stay this weight because of somebody else... it's not a man (or a woman) that gives you worthiness... it's you yourself.

try to get some self-discipline, but for yourself. you will feel better.

I would say with you height you don't have any weight to lose. You are already at your heathly weight
