A Cyborg, or Cybernetic being is a melding of Human and machine, an Android is an autonomous robot that looks like a Human and is self aware, and a Robot is a machine that may or may not resemble a Human form, but is designed to perform specific tasks, and may or may not be capable of independent thought (From a Science Fiction standpoint, as Artificial Intelligence has not yet been fully realized yet to the level of self awareness).

A cyborg is a person that has electronic parts, like an arm or a leg. An android is a robot that looks a lot like a person. A robot and an android are quite similar but with one difference. A robot doesn't have to look like a human

A robot is a anthropomorphic machine that was a man-made thing.
An android is an automaton designed to resembling human.
A cyborg is a human with a mechanical or robotic parts.

cyborg is totally machine not made to resemble a person.andriod is a machine made to resemble a person and a robot is a machine made to serve and can resemble anything such as a dog ect
