I guess a reasonable indicator of your growth potential is whether or not you are physically like your mom or your dad. Things likes metabolism, bone structure, and build (bodytype - ectomorph (small bones, narrow shoulders), mesomorph (robust bone structure, wide shoulders), endomorph (either smaller or big boned, but rounded body - think "penguin")) factor into this - so next time you get the chance compare yourself to your folks -- if you're built more like your mom, you may possibly be able to grow taller than if you're built like your father.

Still - the good news is that you can still maximize your growth potential (be taller than both your parents) with several things:

1) Optimal nutrition (this means healthy eating habits):

Don't binge late at night, and try your best to stick to healthy foods. You can do some research with your mom about healthy eating, and then ask her to come up with a healthier menu for your whole family, during dinner. That way, you can all start living healthier! Take in plenty of calcium. This means milk. Drink 2-3 TALL glasses a day. If you're lactose intolerant (i.e. you get the 'runs' after consuming dairy products) - take "Lactaid" tablets before you drink milk. They're available in the pharmacy section of any supermarket.

2) Exercise!

This goes with Number 1 (nutrition). Take up a sport, and also eat sensibly: you're still growing so you may not have to worry too much about controlling portion-sizes, but stick to a generally low-fat, high-protein diet - chicken breasts (no skin!) are a good source of protein. Lifting weights or playing any sport may not directly contribute to bone-growth, but it will help you manage stress by acting as a physical release, and may also help you build social networks, which can be a great way to relieve stress (see number 4).

3) REST!

Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night. Between 7 and 8 hours a night is optimal, but any more is probably not good - it will push you into a patter of oversleeping and general laziness. Your body grows and rebuilds itself while you rest (sleep) - don't forget that.

4) Stay Stress-free.

Some people say that significant amounts of daily stress can hinder growth in many ways. For example severely depressed children can become adults with stunted social skills, and it's also possible that stress or depression could (indirectly) lead to stunted growth (i.e. if you don't sleep because you're stressed, or if you live an unhealthy lifestyle because you are depressed). Try your best to live a well-rounded life - go to school, but also socialize, join clubs, take up a sport, etc. Living a healthy life will definitely help you maximize your growth potential.

Considering your father and mother are both about 5'8"-ish, if you pay attention to those four things you won't have any problem reaching at least 5'10". You're also only 15 years old, so you have a good 2 or 3 years of growing left. I think you're in good shape to hit that 6-foot mark if you live a healthy, active life. Good luck!

Most boys start growing after 15. Don't worry you'll grow at least 2-3 inches especially if some of your relatives are tall, like your gransfather or ancle, you will stop growing at 21.
My cousin was 5' 5 when he was 15, now he's 5' 8 at the age of 17.

Well, sadly the only thing I can suggest is drinking milk and doing a lot of exercise. I doubt this will do much help (as milk only makes bones stronger and exercise only effects your muscles). Anyway, your maximum height is really determined by your genes - and that's something you can't change. From the sounds of it, it seems you have your dads genes in height.
