No, the natural sugar in fruits can be harmful if you are diabetic.
Instead of snaking on anything else, I always have carrots and celery and etc. ready to just pluck out of the fridge and eat. I always serve fruit at dinner.
A friend told me once that you really must balance everything you eat. I believe that too much of one and not enough of another is a problem.
Try the fresh veg's and a dip or dressing of your choice. Enjoy!

No, vegetables are probably more healthier for you since fruits are sugars and starches. Fruits have more vitamin C content while vegetables have an array of minerals and other vitamins. Why can't you mix them up like a salad with bits of fruit like oranges or raisins?

Fruits have fructose, a type of sugar. They have vitamin C and potassium and vegitables have vitamins A and the B vitamins. It is best to have some of each every day.
