I reckon that cats are best ever i had coz the cat always help people and make sense to them
so dog always bad everything but some are good so yea
a person and i just tease each other so i just wonderin which one the best cats or dogs???

If you asked which is better kittens or puppies this would have been a much tougher question to answer, because they are both great for very different reasons when they are babies. But this question is Cats vs. Dogs. In this case dogs rule for sure!!! Cats are mostly boring after they get to be a year or so old. I know I have had many kittens that then grew up to be finicky about everything except eating. Dogs are always cute and friendly no matter how old the get. The older the get the more they become your best Friend.....

It really depends on what you like and what type of lifestyle you lead.
Cats are more independant and really just tolerate us humans. Most cats only want to be loved on when they want it, and are great for people on the go all the time since they require less interaction. They use litter boxes and do not require as much excerise from you as other animals might.
Dogs on the other hand are also great, but don't do well with people on the go where they are left alone. Dogs need plenty of excerise and not just thrown out in the backyard alone, but actual "lets take a walk". Dogs require to be taken out to go potty since most dogs do not use a litter pan and therefore require more maintenance. They also need baths at least once a month maybe more depending on breed (may even need grooming from a professional).
I don't think either is best except on an individual basis. For you a cat may be better and for your friend a dog may be better. Once again it depends on what you want out of your pet and what your lifestyle is.

Dogs are better because dogs actually love you, not just use you when it's convenient for them, unlike cats.
Also, a lot of stuff that people are saying here is wrong. Dogs don't stink. Also, you don't have to take them for walks to get them to go to the bathroom, just letting them outside several times a day is fine. Dogs are actually pretty easy to take care of. They are not as easy to care for as cats, but the extra love and affection makes the tiny bit of extra work totally worth it.

Both are gd in there own way. I honestly prefer cats but i also love dogs.
Cats would be easier to look after. But dogs make a lovely companion.

i personally believe that both dogs and cats are best, but it all depends on what the person wants in an animal, the responsibility, and time they have. for instance if they want a companion that is loving and loyal but does not have allot of time to spend with the animal and doesn't want it to get lonely the i would suggest a cat for they are more independent. but it all depends on the person. hope i could be oh help.

I prefer dogs as they are very loving and will do what you ask them to do if they are trained properly. I have had both and found that cats are selfish and will normally only come to you if they want something like a feed where a dog will be faithful to you providing it is treated properly and will give you many years of enjoyment and love and companionship.

Cats are better. they are much easier to care for than dogs. Dogs have to be house broken and taken out every few hours:cats use the littler box all on their own. Dogs smell even after being bathed:cats keep themselves clean. I can leave out food and water and my cats don't eat it all at once: a dog does. My cats are quiet and calm. They don't bark at every thing and every one that comes along the road. They don't get into the garbage. They are very affectionate and loving and cuddly. They don't have to be walked and scooped up after.

Dogs.
Dogs don't run away from home of well cared, dogs obey commands, dogs are a lifelong companion, dogs are content to sit on your lap, puppies are cute and a dog is a man's best friend.

dog is best cos dog is stronger then cat. That dog is very good play with ball and running around and swim water and enjoy it, that cat is boring and sleep and walk around and play with wool only that is boring

Cats are definitely the best. Dogs are dumb and smell bad, cats keep themselves clean, they are cute, they are very low maintenance, you don't have to walk them, they keep themselves entertained, most of them won't poop on your carpet like i have known dogs to do.
