i like this guy now but he knows I have a BF.Before I gave him a lot of confusion and drama..but he still told be he could not be angry at me. I told him I like him more than my BF now and I sent him some nice text messages like a friend and the other day he waited for me to come online for about an hour..but I am not sure if he wants to be more or not it seems that he does wait for the messages but I told him I he couldn't talk to me for about 1 month I needed to think (I didn't give him a reason) but sometimes I feel he cares alot and other times I think he doesn't but I do really like him alot..he is a nice guy and I told him we are just good friends because I don't want to sound too pushy anymore...

May be he daren't court you. But sorry, girl cos I don't see or read the things - what he has done for you - the strong signals - I don't see the signals that he likes you as much as you like him.
Anyway, you are right that you don't need to be pushy. Guys would tell you he want a committed relationship if he's serious about you. Just get to know him more and enjoy his company.
Meanwhile, you should break up with your present BF - not based on the fact you're interested in another guy - but based on the fact you no longer feel you're an item with your present boyfriend.

I think the question here is do you care if you have a BF or not. It shouldn't matter what the other guy thinks while you are still dating someone else. All that should matter is what you think. You sound confused at what you want to do, so you better decide on what is best for everyone involved, of course most of all you.

Sounds like he's trying to keep a distance because of your boyfriend.
It sounds to me like you're more of the one who's not sure if they care that you have a boyfriend. You should probably figure out who you want more, your boyfriend or your friend (or both, it does work sometimes).
