It's actually a little bit of both...however; studies show that during the first few years of a child's life, learning is extremely imperative to future thought processes and learning capability. The younger the child is when you start teaching them, the more they learn to grasp down the road...and they retain the information they learn, even from birth. It's like stretching the brain.

it comes with confidence. some people are raised more confident in their abilities than others. aside from mental disabilities, confidence is the key to quick answers. we all think fast, but some of us can answer with confidence sooner. less second guessing and more acceptance of ability.

both, some qualities can be aquired functionally i mean from your biological processess and some skills can be aquired through outside factors.
