i dont think your fat
ur probably average
you dont have to lose any weight
if you want to lose a few pounds, just exercise, easy things like stip ups, squats, pushups, drink alot of water, dont eat anything late at night, thats when you will gain all the weight and you might get heartburn. cut out junk food and oily foods and canned and frozen things because they have more calories than home cooked food.
example : canned chili - 285 calories
homecooked chili - 100 calories.
all the extra calories are from perservatives that keep the food good.
eat healthy

If you think you are a little overweight, increase your exercize, decrease your fat intake, and increase fruits and vegetables in your diet. (Start doing smoothies with frozen fruit. It is a great way to eat alot of fruit - while enjoying a milkshake.) Stop worrying about being "fat." Focus on feeling good. The rest will follow.

Not to be rude or anything, but dieting weakens you. your body needs fatty food sometimes. I personally don't care about eating.

Jogging is the best method, no doubt. but intensive running will only burn carbohydrates and not fats. Don't over-exert yourself at one go, and mark the intensity by not huffing and puffing at the end.

It is good to exercise early in the morning 7am to 8am, or 5pm to 7pm.

Ever wonder by marathon runners' fat percentage is so low?

Good luck!

Let me calculate..
Oh.. your BMI is 24.6! 29.9 & below is Healthy so meaning you're Overweight now!

Different people are suitable for different weight loss methods.. For me, i tried swimming, running, play basketball & gym workout But all don't work for me! I even go to the slimming centre But same thing also doesnt work for me!
Later my friends introduced me Herbalife! Finally i lost weight & inches! I'm so happy now.. I don't intend to stop & still wanna consume it! You can try this too! Damn cool~

I joined my friends' weight loss club & everyone there is obese but we encourage each other so its kinda fun! if you are keen can msg me!

Had calculated and found that your BMI(Body Mass Index) is at the acceptable range. It is quite a norm for people to use the BMI to measure their healthy range. Maybe your bones are heavy that is why you weigh 67kg at 165cm.
