Good Jins love those peoples who keep themself as CLEAN as possible & Reader of wisdom/Religion/Etc.... That jins mostly behave as Student of Individual Personality...
Bad Jins Comes to human mostly for Revange of Minor Mistake of Human.... If that problem Comes ,,, You like to send them away ...

But why do u need a Jinn in the first place.
We must only depend on Allah alone, solely on Him. To hav a Jinn as a companion might lead us to shirk.

It depends on why you want to call on them..Usually when people need Jinns they ask them to help them with magic, predicting the future and stuff like that.. Which is Haram.
Plus Jinns are always around you, each person has a qareen ( a Jinns who always accompanies him/her)
