As you already said, you are diabethic. This ilness is well known as one very quiet, but very dangerous. Frequent urination is one of the symptomes of it. It is caused by the methabolism disturbance when the cells in our pancreas stop producing enough hormone named INSULIN. That causes slow but progressing damages in our whole organism. Too much GLUCOSIN (the oposite hormon of insulin) doesn't let water into the cell by "sending" it the information which says that she has enough water for normal functioning. Also, glucosin makes the membrane of the cell very transmitable, so the water can not stay in it for long, and goes out. By the time, glucosin subsides in the cell, making it by the time unusefoll. That is all because glucosin "doesn't like" water.
Because of that, water can not go into the cells, and goes out of the body.
The solution is, that you take your therapie ordinarily, and by the time you will feel betterment.

Depending on your age, you could have an enlarged prostate aka benign prostate hypertrophy. Men over 40 should have their prostate exam. Your prostate is located below your bladder. As it gets inflammed or enlarged it narrows the channel of urination, making you feel like you have to go all the time, and creating difficulty urination. Check with your physician. There are prescription meds that can help.

it maybe your age and the stage of your diabetes that is the culprit, or it maybe something else, like an infection, uti, or prostate problem, or a cyst growing in your kidneys or urinary tract, or maybe simply stress. but whatever maybe the cause of your frequent urination, it shouldnt be taken lighty and you should never delay seeing your doctor and discussing this. the sooner your doctor can correct this problem, the better. right now, only your doctor can help you. and you should also drink more water, eat healthy, exercise, no smoking and drinking of liquor, eat more fruits and vegetables, preferably steamed or salad, no coffee, no pork or beef, eat fish and little chicken instead, no carbonated drinks. i know this may sound total change of diet, but if you are diabetic, you should be used to this, believe me, this can help you too.

it depends on how much you urinate. If you go often but amount is pretty small, it probably is a UTI. If amount is larger, chances are it's diabetes. In any case go to the doc, s/he will give you something appropriate to treat your condition.

You are not controlling your diabetes well. You need to check your blood sugar level and your ketones if your bs level is greater than 200. If it is high, you need more medication or insulin. If ignored you could loose an extremity, develop kidney failure or go blind. Good luck!

Well, normally the first thing I would suggest is you were diabetic, then I might mention prostate problems.
Go see your doc, they are the only ones that can say for sure.
