None, it's just a myth... but probably one of the better ones out there. One of the most dangerous side effects of ecstacy is hyperthermia. Body temperatures can reach dangerous levels, and dehydration can be fatal. Orange juice, water, gatorade and other non alcoholic, caffeine free drinks are good for bringing down body temperatures during ecstacy use and can save you that trip to the hospital. Oh yeah... don't do drugs.

People still use XTC? I thought that was an 90's thing?Well, I have never tried it, but I know people that have.

it keeps you hydrated and vitamin c
drink lots of water and don't make it a habit it rots your brain.
