How do I turn on a Casio CA-30?

I just bought a CA-30 for my Exilim Card EX-S600 and I can't turn it on. Is there a program to turn it on or something?

Might be a good idea to check whether you have batteries in it, and, if they are rechargeables, that they are indeed charged. Then, if that doesn't work, read the instruction book.
