OK i have some torrents that i want to burn.but what is a nic and simple dvd burning pogram.

Nero is not free. There are other freeware dvd burning programs AVS disk creator and deepburner

A great program is DVD Shrink for regular DVD burning, another program that can be used to burn is NERO, and a great DVD converter is the WINAVI, all downloadable off of torrent sites as well.
