What a strange question. I have had nights where I have drunk more than the recommended amount of alcohol, and have generally enjoyed it thoroughly. The next morning is a whole different story...

The weekly allowance for women is 13 units. This is 6 double gin and tonics or 8 bottles of Becks or Bud. I usually drink this much on one night out. However I only drink once a week. However you're supposed to spread it out throughout the week. If I did that I wouldn't go to a pub because I can only get a babysitter once a week. I am a very responsible person and find that going out once a week and letting my inhibitions go helps me deal with the stress of the rest of the week. It is something to look forward to - something to dress up for and above all - fun!
I think these things are all relative because it depends how good your diet and fitness are in the first place how much it affects your health.

This week has been a real winner as far as alcohol goes. I have drank above and beyond the recommended amounts. Was it worth it you bet it was. And no hangover.

I certainly did and I was as happy as a pig in poo.We made sure we ate well and drunk plenty of water.Not a hang over in site .Fit as fiddles .We're off back out today as one of our pals is back from sea.A big pan of pea soup is bubbling away on the stove ready to tuck into when we get back.

I try. buy i stay home 99% of the time so a dont go out a kill innocent people that most tend to do with there crazy driving
