actually i have got black spots on my lips for 2 years I have tried so many things to get rid of it but i failed so please tell me what should I do what medicine or paste can help me out . The spots are not on the upper layer its under the upper layer means on the sensitive layer. so please help me out it looks bad as my lips are red but with the black spot it looked bad . give me some details .

actually u should first tried to find the cause for it..r u havin lip bite habit if yes then it could be a mucocele in medica terms if not then it could be a mole ..surgery is the only solution..dont get scared as such procedures r done under LA and takes half hour if it is of small size

Hoping that black spot occurred due to any burn,injury of teetch cut,or it is any infection or so,
for curing it u must visit any dermotologist.

you may need a plastic surgeon if it is under the skin..
