It is called sexual harrassment in the workplace. It is illegal. You need to report him or sue the company.

Start writing down the dates times and comments that he is making so you have a record to support you and then tell him if he does not act in a more professional manner you are going to report him and sue for sexual harassment.

I would also begin to look for another job while you get your info together because if he is the head man in charge it could become uncomfortable for you afterward.

Chastity of course..duh! it may sound old fashioned but why do women always have to put up with such rubbish? chastity once lost forever lost. Money however, can be earned..

you may think it'll be a one off thing- but re-think okay- you may become the next office notice board or pantry gossip. you'll get fustrated and.....Quit nevertheless. So why not save yourself the trouble- record his advances without his knowledge of course to prove that he harrassed you.(police and Court processes take the life out of you- you need proof, mere words won't suffice). File a charge against him, QUIT!!! Meanwhile start looking for another job. All the best

Get him as far as the bedroom, tell him to get comfortable (Stripped n stuff) and pretend like you are getting ready in the bathroom etc. Then when he is expecting you to come get him - Pop out of the bath room and take photographs of him. Use the pics to get your raise!

On a serious note take the other ppls advice. Try to get your evidence FIRST. Write notes, wear a wire if you have to, but get him.

If you don't take the stand now (No pun intended) he will harass and sicken some other lady. Or do it for all the women he appoached like this in the past. -I guarantee you probably not the only lady, but everyone else might be afraid to speak or come forward.

Youu can doo it!! - Adam Sandler.

Yes you are being sexually harassed.
A director on the board of a large corporation has a lot to lose if he faces a sexual harassment charge. If you can get the goods on him you can get your promotion & keep you chastity if you know what I mean.
Just remember this: There are very few rewards for "Whistleblowers" in this world.

So, are you ready to swim with the sharks, or are you just going to sleep your way to the top?

You need to immediately go to your human resources department and report him. I understand he is on the board of directors and you are probably afraid that if you tell you may lose your job but by law you cannot be terminated for filing a sexual harrasment claim. If you dont want to do that you can call the labor board in your area or an attorney who works on these types of cases and ask them what you should do. Nobody deserves to be harrased at work for any reason. Good Luck.

If he is cute...why not, if he is ugly and fat, na a...lol, no im just kidding, if u are sure that ur bos is trying to get u in bed, thats an harrasment, but its hard since he is the board member, its ur job in jeopardy here, unless he is a man who can take no as an answer....just be carefull and try to make distance with him and give a gentle excuse or explaination about what bothering u, maybe u compliment him how good he is then u explain...hope he dont get offended....good luck!

If he is being serious, you should file sexual harrassment charges against him. Personally, you shouldn't be looking to profit from a lawsuit, its a matter of principal.

If you have told him that you are not interested he should stop and not pursue it any further.

If you do decide to file formal charges, your job will be safe and if you do lose your job over it, you should seek compensation for loss of income.

You should document exactly what he says along with dates and times. If you have a witness to any occurence you should have them write it down to. By doing this you will be building an iron-clad case against him. Documention and being able to recall specific instances in court will be very powerful in the case against him if you decide to pursue that path.

Yes it is sexual abuse if you say no, but if you don't its not. If you let this go o for to long then you go to court he could get away with it because you always said no but you always let him in the end. So yes money or chastity, but decide now or else you'll be screwed now and later

If you do get along with your direct boss and others without any real probloems then if he aproaches you in tht way at your desk or where you work ask your boss to come over and then say to this idiot. You have to ask my boss if you can take me to your bed before I give you an answer.

If your boss hesitates then just turn and go back to your work.

Avoid the law if you can but if he don't stop then use the law.

If he's just hitting on you, that's one thing. If you directly ask him to stop and he continues, it's harassment. If he implies that you will get promoted by sleeping with him, first make sure you didn't misunderstand what he is trying to say, and if it's very clear, then he is definitely harassing and is being completely unethical. Talk to your HR about it.
