dont know about all animals but heard that dogs only see in black and white..and not really sure how true that is..

i realyy dont think so take a cow
a cow is colour blind
the same think u no
like a ray of light touches an object( a ray of light has 7 colours)
the object reflects 1 colour and obsorbs the rest. so when we see the object we can see the colour that the object reflects. So it depends on the object u look at. Objects made of thesame matter reflet the same colour.

I suppose you'd have to ask an animal. If they won't talk, there's really no way to know for sure.

If they have both rods and cones in their retina, they perceive color as we do.
