during the winter i put extra bed sheets for my dog so he could be warm and cozy..
and well he ALWAYS take them out and plays around with them.
how do i train him to stop??

i want to let him play with it. but he leave them out in the rain. and they get all dirty. lol.

just playing ,how cute,i love dogs specially the puppies,the are so nice,maybe when he gets cold hell fix it you know in his way

My dog does that too why would any dog or anyone wanna just lay on bed sheets when u can PLAY WITH THEM...lots of dogs LUV to go under the covers and sleep in warm covers!!!

I'm just guessing but... If he's still sleeping on them then I would assume he's just putting them where he's comfortable - like making his nest. Is it such a problem that he plays with them? If he is chewing them and possibly ingesting it then you should change the material of what you're giving him to something stronger than bed sheets.

Try give him something else to play with so that he doesnt play with the blankets. Get him some toys or even a few stuffed teddys- he might enjoy chewing them and throwing them around.

He needs more toys and show him how fun they are by playing with them eventually his interest will fade on the sheets

He is just playing, dogs are like kids and if this is the only problem you have with him relax!

give him something else to play with like a food ball which is good for boredom give him something to distract him from pulling his bed apart.play ball with him in a while and he should like it better.
