this guy at my school is in a few grade before me and i REALLY like him and i know he likes me back, but he dont get alone with my brother and keep having crazy/weird dreams about him WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Look here your brother can't decide who you date. And you can't let your brother decide that. If you sit back and give up this chance your brother will be happy and you'll be living in your old raggedy house with yo ine cats think about it your brother can't decide your faith and you shouldn't let him!!!
OR
You could ask them why they dont like each other and you could get to the root of the problem and solve it so its a 50/50 chance that both of you will be happy

I think it depends on why this guy and your brother don't get along. You need to find out who has the problem. Does your brother have a problem with this guy? Does this guy have a problem with your brother? Or is it a mutual problem. Also you need to figure out the severity of the problem, is it something small and trivial that can be easily resolved or just plain ignored by you or is it something major, in which case has to be addressed in order for things to work the way you want them too.
I would talk to both of them individually and figure out exactly what the problem is and see what you can do to fix it and while you're doing that, you'll grow closer to that guy. Can't beat that.
