how can a girl meet a decent guy. i am looking for a smarter guy, one who is not sleezy either. i live in vegas and i'm 17. for me there aren't many oppertunities for parties since i don't hang out with the party group at my school. so any suggestions as to where to find a decent guy?

A decent guy... Well, I guess you do have a point on how you don't have many opportunities, considering a mental picture of vegas that I have. Hate to say that, but thats kinda how the majority of people see Vegas. Now, for a smarter, decent guy, they tend to be pretty rare, especially in this day and age.
Even though you don't see many possibilities in alot of relationships, I think that I can make a relationship work out. Just putting this out there, but you do sound interesting, and I'd like to help you out, you could tell me what you like in a guy, and I'll give you some advice.

Church, do you belong to any organizations? You can meet a decent guy just about anywhere, its all about telling the universe what you want and then relax, expect to get it, and have fun designing your life. He will show up when the time is right and don't settle for Mr. Right Now.

What most women mean by a "decent guy" is a guy that will allow the woman to walk all over them and live off the guy's dime. Unfortunately for women the number of men that think with their brains instead of their dick.s is slowly but surely increasing.

yea, go to church more often. youth groups are cool and low key places. another place would be bookstores and coffee houses.
