It all depends on WHY he is hanging out at your place all the time. I'm sure that he wants to be near you, which is understandable, but how far into this relationship are we talking? weeks? months?
My ex used to hang at my place when I was out, which was fine with me. He did it to have space from his housemate etc but were in a long term r'ship. I think you should talk to this guy because the fact you have posted this question says that it must bother you.

If it's okay with you. I like being closer to my girlfriend's home and/or my friend's homes. It makes me feel closer to them even though they may not be around. It's like I can sense their presence easier and it brings me comfort.
