if you've deleted pictures from your memory card without making any backup copies and without having some sort of program that monitors your recycle bin unfortunately they cannot be retrieved :(

www.tucows.com is the site for shareware, freeware and demos. There are multiple programs for image recovery.
This one gets a high rating from tucows, and is free.

Just be sure you DO NOT use the card in the meantime or you will overwrite what may still be recoverable.
