ok my friend is sick,he is coughing up blood,weak in the legs,is light headed,has 10 minute blackouts,stomach pain,Painful and hard to breath,those are the symptoms and he has had appendecitis allready so it cant be that.
I was wondering what he has and what to do ,and his dad wont take him to the hospital,and gives him pepto bismol,(stupid idoit)

you need to take action and do whatever you can to get your friend to the hospital coughing up blood is very serious. he may have TB. and that can be deadly.

Everyone take a chill pill, panicked answers help no one.
Step 1) Take a deep breath because you're panicking.
Step 2) Take matters into your own hands, these symptoms sound like stomach bleeding. Your friend probably has an ulcer.
Step 3) Call an ambulance. If your friend can't go to the doctor, bring a doctor to him.
That's all you can do. I recommend you do it sooner rather than later. You can breathe a bit easier knowing the Pepto he's taken will help a bit, but not heal his condition.

Please get him to go to the hospital asap, or at least the Dr. Coughing up blood is a very serious symptom and to guess what it could be without a medical license would do more harm than good in my opinion.

It sounds like he could have pneumonia, among other things. I think he definitely neeeds to go to a hospital now to get some tests done. Also to have 10 minutes blackouts sounds just terrible. Is his father crazy or what?!!

He needs to be hospitalized. You don't normally cough up blood. If his dad is against sending him to the hospital, call the hospital and let them know what is going on. Your friend sounds like he could be dying.

If you are serious he must go to the hospital now, do not wait. Please take this answer seriously you don't know what is going on, coughing blood is no good. Hope everything will be fine.
