Marriage is an institution where two persons live together sharing love, happiness, sadness, anger, responsibilities, obligations, patience, cooking, cleaning, paying the bills, having kids ...
Otherwise it is not a marriage.

So, i would say: it is not possible that only two of you and a priest know about it.

In this case, you might be considered married in the church but not legally. I dobt that a priest would even consent to marry you without a marriage license though, because he/she will know that it's not legal. And depending on the regulations in your area, you'll probably also need one or two witnesses to make it legal.

kind of acording to the marriage licence you need a witness other than the priest so if you are having someone play music they will do but other than that as long as you are of age then no one but you guys have to be there

The marriage needs to be witnessed. Of course, the more important question goes to you: why on earth do you not want anyone to know? This is a harbinger of doom. Reevaluate why you want to get married.

you need to have witnesses - usually two depending on the state, and the priest is not one of them. They don't have to be people you know, they could be staff at the church, etc. - they just have to be there to witness the vows.

Nope! There's a thing called a marriage license, and even the church calls for publishing the banns. It has to be publicly announced in some form.

check the laws in your state/country but I do believe you must have at least on witness outsidr of you your spouse and who is doing the wedding. so you need at least 4 people there but it just has to be anyone that sees you get married no particular person.
