Heads I take you to dinner and choose the restaurant. Tails you choose the reataurant and also a gift from Victoria's Secret.

I would choose heads, like surprises and like when man can make decisions without asking too many questions like "where you would like to go" "what kind of restaurant you like" "what can I give you as a gift", after those questions there is no more interest in surprise. So if you want advice, just choose a restaurant yourself and take her to dinner, but still give her a gift, but if this is beginning of your relationship I think it's too early to give her gift from Victoria's secret, flowers will be just perfect for that occasion.
