Take your Parrot to a vet immediately.Keep her very warm until you get there.

She needs immediate vet attention if not too late already. Good sign would be if it's on the FLOOR of the bird cage. Birds can be hard to diagnosed and are not your average pet so professional help is surely in need right now.

Automatically, if your parrot is sick, you MUST consult a vet. I NOT recommend you to try some other solutions. You must go to a vet quickly, before your parrot will be sicker.

get her to a vet - thats all you can do, especially if her head is hanging to one side, as you have no way of telling what has happened to her - could be a virus, pneumonia, anything. fever / diarrhea will cause her to die once in an advanced state, so she will need liquid / glucose asap. keep her warm in a towel if she's too weak to move and get her in to the vet. you might need to feed softer foods like shelled sunflower if she's too weak to crack shells - no lettuce. keep cage in warm, clean smelling dry spot. temp around 37 cel.
