If you want a real strong alcohol kick, mix with Kahlua.
If you are just a teetotler, having Irish Cream with coffee is great after meals or in the early evening.
Both of the above have similar tastes.
If you dine with a friend or several guest, I never saw anyone not enjoy an Irish Cream with coffee or Kahlua after a meal. Adding a dab of whip cream on top is a nice flavor touch as well.

It doesn't have to be Bailey's brand Irish cream. There are other less expensive and just as good brands of Irish cream out there. Irish cream is great with coffee in the morning or in the evening. I prefer it with just a few cubes and in a rock glass and sip it. Cheers!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Irish Car Bomb yet... this one is not for the faint of heart:
1/2 pint Guinness in a pint glass
3/4 oz Jameson in a shot glass
1/4 oz Bailey's, float on top of Jameson
Drop the entire shot glass (containing both the Jameson and the Bailey's) into the pint of Guinness and drink quickly before the cream has time to curdle. One of my favorites!

1/2 Midori ( or other cheaper Melon Liquor) and 1/2 Bailey's in a shot glass make a mean Moon Shooter.
