Slot machine payouts are controlled. All machines can be adjusted to payout a specific percent (at random moments of course). They all take more in then they dish out, but some Casino's are more generous with the likely hood of payout than others. You are more likely to do better in an area where there are several casinos competing with each other, such as Vegas, than you would be at an Indian ran local Casino that has no competition. In any event, in the long run, you cannot beat the house.
