God is in Heaven! He has access to be any where he wants to be but why would he want to be in a trash can? Night Clubs and Casino's are full of people doing things they shouldn't, so he's not there! However, He is felt in prisons and jails as people turn to him in repentance for the things they have done wrong.

Well since God is a spirit he does not need to be in a specific place. Although what seems a poor attitude, not everyone will listen to God. The bible says God wants everyone to come to repentance. But that will not be the case. Many have already died as a result of ignoring God.

absolutely...Jesus ate with the sinners and tax collectors. there are no social divisions when it comes to Christ's love. Everyone is on the same playing field.

He is in my heart and He follows me everywhere I go. He is always there to talk to. To level with. To cry to. A relationship with Jesus Christ is undescribable. To have the God of the universe watching after you and being your best friend...its incredible.

If God is everywhere then the question is, have you received him? John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Romans 10:6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Well He is next to you with arms held wide

(Romans 5:8) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
