Acne Help!!!!??? PLEASE!!!?

Question

I have a face full of pimples, zits, blackheads, and much more. I need to find a acne cleanser, that can get rid of most of my acne in about a week. I want as clear a face as I can in time for my sisters wedding in a week, as I am the bridesmaid. My face isn't too bad but I need a good acne cleanser, pad, scrub, etc. that can get rid of my acne problems (in a week) and for the right price. Any Ideas? Thanks!

Its difficult to say in a week.
Proactive is th absolute best. but if you cant afford it or if they cant get it to you in time.use Saint aives apricot scrub. its great
and always use astringent after your shower. somthing not too harsh. because you obviously have sensitive skin

The easiest way is to see a doctor. Ask for something that has Tretinoin (Gel or liquid solution). You should get it without much difficulty.

You do not need a blood test unless you intend to take accutane, which is for very serious acne.

I used to use BABY FACE which has Tretinoin, and for me it keeps acne away longer than Pro-Activ (which I have also tried in the past). There will be mild peeling after 1 to 3 days of use, but it shouldn't hurt at all and doesn't make the skin red.

What I am now left with (aside from the old acne scars because I didn't know how to deal with my acne back then), I am left with "shiny baby skin". And what's great is - I do not have acne anymore although my skin's still oily. I now use Nivea "Oil Control" moisturiser to help balance my skin's acidity level.

As for diet - it really helps if you cut down on anything thats starchy or surgary.

One FINAL thing - keep out of sun as much as possible when you are using your Tretinoin gel/solution (I used Baby Skin just before I went to bed).

P.S. And yes, Tretinoin works in a few days. All you need is a gentle face cleansing foam. Unless you have more than 2 or 3 weeks to the day, I do not recommend scrubs or harsh exfoilaters as sometimes they can "make" more acne appear and then you won't be "in time for the important day. Use a face loofah gently!

Hi i know EXACTLY how you feel. I didn't really get acne too bad but when I got pimples I got heaps of small little ones in the wrong spots .. that made my face look worse.
But since I have been using a DOVE Cleanser & Toner in one (i think it's the only DOVE one on the market) my skin has been going really well, it's only that now i'm pregnant my skin is a bit up and down but it pretty much instantly improved when I started using it.
And it's affordable here. I'm in Australia and it was under $12 AUS. You could also try use an extra toner after that to get all the dirt out and then get a good moisturiser but you don't want a thick one because it clogs up your pores.

I used to have quite a few black heads on my face and no matter what I used, no matter how much I washed or how I tried to treat them I couldn't get rid of them. I've even had expensive facials and micro dermabrasion treatments that cost my *** hundreds of dollars.
Like three months ago I ordered Proactive for my son,(they ship as often as you ask them)and like a month ago he got a shipment before his supply was gone. So thinking, 'what the heck' I decided to try it out and see if it did any good.

ok, 1st off you r not gonna get rid of it in a week, I took me 5 months to remove a few whiteheads.

that said, use proactive, YES IT IS EXPENSIVE, but it work

if u still dont want it: try rubbing alcohol or topical antibiotics, they will not remove the zits, but they will make them WAY smaller. OR try toothpaste, a moisteurizer, hydgrogen peroxide, or benzoyl peroxide {bp is excellent}

good luck, and the feeling when u become acne-free is amazing and cannot be compared with nething

im 33 now but had acne as a kid,i took arythromyacin went tanning and used a topical ointment that my dermatologist gave me try all that, dont pop them or you will have scars. wash your face everytime your in the bathroom, no greesy foods, sun and chlorine helps too.

clean and clear has a morning bar it is like 2 dollars, its perfect ...forget proactive it tskes to long... clean and clear is GREAT then if you go to the Body Shop they have a facial brush that is really soft and it is great to help gently scrub your face....hot water always :)
